This is my first “Fitness and Nutrition Conversations” blog post, so I would like to share a little about myself.
While I am professionally a registered dietitian and personal trianer who focuses on nutrition and fitness communications, I am also a mom, wife, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, leader and mentor. These roles all help me answer my everday food and fitness struggles.
It is my hope that this blog will help others learn ways to overcome their food and fitness battles as well as be seen as a credible source to learn more about how to live healthy within your own limits.
PS: I am a new mom, so I have to show off my family.
